Right after my family left Colorado, all of the Jibsons gathered here as well. With half of the grandkids my family has, it's much less chaotic, haha. Aubrey particularly loved spending time with Emma. They're so cute together!
Nana always provides fun crafts for them to do! Here they are creating together.
The piano is also always fun, too.
Papa also built an awesome playhouse in the backyard, which all of the kids love to play in. At first, Carter's favorite thing was opening and closing the windows over and over again.
He also roped me into playing customer with him. I don't remember what he was serving me, but I'm sure it was delicious. And I KNOW he's adorable.
I'm not sure what Aubrey was doing, but I thought this picture was funny. So there you go.
While Emma was here, Nana took her and Aubrey to Build-a-Bear to get My Little Pony stuffed animals. (This was to make it up to Aubrey that we sat in line for HOURS on their spectacularly poorly planned pay-your-age day just to get a few hundred feet from the store [the line went all throughout the mall] and find out they had sold out of all the My Little Pony things. This was not one of my finest parenting moments. I have no idea what I was thinking joining the throng. Anyway.)
They got matching Rarity ponies! Rarity was the only MLP they had in the store, so you know. But they loved the process, especially giving their new friends a "bath."
And then, because Aubrey is Aubrey, she had the idea to "ride" Rarity through the mall. She's so funny.
After cousin William came, we all went to Nana and Papa's house for a superhero day. Nana even got the kids matching capes and sunglasses for the kids to wear. Don't they look so cute? (William declined being photographed, if I recall. But he was there, too!)
Nana built a fun obstacle course, and the kids had fun racing against the clock to beat their previous times. Aubrey, in particular, was all about that.
Then there was the water balloon fight...
Daddy even joined in on the fun!
Aww! Cute, wet Carter.
After the balloon fight, Aubrey wanted to do the obstacle course again, Of course. Girl has a lot of energy!
And then there was bubble blowing.

For some reason, Aubrey started pouring water on her head. Not sure why that became a thing.
But it really did...
After our superhero day, we went to El Amigo for some yummy Mexican food. And Aubrey asked for a photo with me. D'awww.
Anyway, it was fun having everyone together! It's nice that whenever Daniel's siblings come to visit their parents, we're already here and can see them, too!
